LET'S COOK PANCAKES!!

3r i 4t de primària en English for Life

INGREDIENTS:

- 180 grams of flour
- 2 eggs
- A pinch of salt
- A tablespoon of sugar
- A glass of milk
- Half glass of water
- 2 spoons of melted butter
- A spoon of olive oil
- for the garnish:
- chocolate cream
- fruit jam
- sugar

PREPARATION:

1. Put the flour into the bowl.
2. Add the salt, the sugar, the eggs, the milk, the water and the butter.
3. Mix with the wisk.
4. Put the frying pan on the cooker and add a little bit of olive oil.
5. Put a spoon of the mixture into the frying pan.
6. Move the frying pan to spread the mixture.
7. Cook it for 30 seconds.
8. Turn the pancake and cook the other side for another 30 seconds.
9. Put the pancake on a serving plate.
10. Garnish the pancake with chocolate cream, jam, sugar, fruit...
11. Fold or roll the pancakes.
12. Eat and enjoy! Mmmm... Delicious!!
